Pony Saddle, 1930's
A pony saddle that, according to family oral history, was used by a relative who went from house to house to take photos of children sitting on the pony he led with him.
Appears to be original. The family said that the sheep skin liner had been replace some time past but all else seem complete. Interesting brass saddle horn.
A wonderful piece of American history during the Great Depression.
Shown in our Mercer Island Gallery by appointment.
